ORDERING / SHIPPING INFORMATION
ABOUT AMERICAN PONY PARTS INC.
American Pony has been in business since 1984 and we operate out of our own 20,000 suare foot building in Blaine Washington. We distribute parts for early Mustangs.

ORDERING PARTS
You can phone your order to our toll free line at 866-717-7711, fax your order to 360-332-2290, order from our on-line catalog at www.americanpony.com or order by mail to 2750 Peace Portal Drive, Blaine WA 98230. Our regular phone line is 360-332-2250. On mail orders please be sure to include a phone number.

WAREHOUSE PICK-UP COUNTER
We do not operate a retail store. Pre-ordered parts can be picked up to save on shipping.
Place the order by phone and allow 2 hours for order processing. Going north on I-5, take exit 274. At the stop sign turn left and we are 200 yards on your left (big green roof). Going southon I-5 take exit 270, turn right and right again onto Peace Portal, we are 4 miles north, first building past Dakota Creek.

HOURS OF OPERATION
Mon to Thurs 9:30 AM PST to 4:00 PM PST. Closed Fri, Sat, Sun and holidays. Our pick up (will call) counter is open Monday thru Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM, closed weekends and holidays. Our fax and web site are 24/7.

SHIPPING
We ship by Fedex Ground and truck freight. The following applies to orders shipped within the lower 48 states.
Free Freight: On regular Fedex Ground shipping on most orders over $300. This does not include oversize and special handling charges and truck freight. Exceptions to free shipping are noted in the catalog.

No free freight on parts ordered from our ads.Please contact us for a freight quote.

Oversize & Special Handling: $10.00 charge on parcels over 60" long. This is a charge applied by the carrier. Special handling is $10.00. Parts subject to oversize and special handling are noted in the catalog. Oversize are marked OS and Special handling are marked SH
Regular Shipping: On most orders under $300 shipping is 10% with a minimum of $8.95 plus any oversize or special handling charges, such charges are noted in the catalog.
Truck Freight: Parts such as fenders, quarters, doors, hoods and some trunk lids have to be shipped by truck. Parts requiring truck freight are marked in the catalog. There is a $15 packing fee. Phone or fax for a truck freight quote.
The following applies to orders outside the lower 48 states. There is no free shipping.
Alaska, Hawaii &Puerto Rico: Phone or fax for shipping quote.
Canadian Orders: On mail orders please include 25% of the parts total for shipping, with a minimum of $15. If the shipping is more, you will be notified. Any over paid shipping will be refunded. Credit card orders will be billed, for exact shipping, to the credit card. Any duty, taxes and brokerage charges will be applied in Canada
APO & FPO Orders:Shipping is by Parcel Post. Maximum package size is 108" for length and girth or 70 lbs weight. Contact us for a shipping quote.

DAMAGES
Lost or damaged items are the responsibility of the carrier. Everything we ship is insured. Please inspect package on receipt and keep all packing material and contact the carrier to file a damage claim. Do not return damaged items to APP. If a damage claim is not filed with the carrier, no refund can take place.

RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with a part, contact us for a Return Authorization Number. Mark the number clearly on the outside of the box, along with your address. Please do any returns within 30 days. All returns must include a copy of the invoice and a brief note as to the problem with the part and advise whether you want a refund or replacement part. Please do not send returns COD or freight collect - they will be refused. Returns must be new, in saleable condition. Sorry but no returns on special order, electrical, used, modified or painted parts. Refunds are limited to cost of the part or replacement and do not include any installation charges or costs of purchasing parts elsewhere. Returns may be subject to a 20% restock fee.

Prices and parts availability is at the time of printing and is subject to change without notice.

WASHINGTON STATE ORDERS:
Orders picked up in our warehouse (except Oregon residence) or shipped to a Washington address are subject to 8.4% sales tax on the parts and shipping.

BACKORDERS:
If we are out of stock on a part we will ship it as soon as possible. You will only be charged for items shipped. All shipping will be cahrged on the initial order, so there will be no additional shipping charge for any backordered items.

WARRANTY
Merchandise is warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and material. This does not include parts worn out from normal usage. Send defective parts as outlined above under "RETURNS" We will issue a refund or replace the part at our option. Refunds are limited to refunds or replacement and do not include any installation charges or cost of purchasing parts elsewhere.
