INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

On international orders we handle the order as carefully as possible. To minimize confusion please do not change an order once it has started. Please plan your order carefully so there are no changes to the order. Also, some carriers will not make multiple freight quotes on a changing order.

When contacting us to place an order or for a freight quote please provide the following:

Your full name and your full address. The address must be the same as where the credit card is billed. If there ia an airport pick up it must be picked up by the customer (not a designate or courier company) and ID will be required. The airport name and city of the closest international airport. Your phone number including the city, district and country code and your e-mail address, and fax number if available.

A list of parts required with our part numbers and prices from our web site or catalog.

Payment method – international money order or type of credit card (not the card number at this stage but the type of card). We do not ship on account, by COD or PayPal.

We will contact various carriers to find the best price and then advise you of the shipping costs. If there is a time constraint please tell us.

We ship by international freight carriers (mainly BaxGlobal), UPS and the Post Office. The post office is usually the least expensive but they have size and weight limitations, varying dependent on the destination country. We will only mail to countries where we can insure the shipment and get a signed receipt of delivery.

Please note that on small orders the shipping costs are usually more than the cost of the parts. The larger the order the less the freight becomes as a percentage of the total order.

On international orders we add a $20 processing charge. There may be tax, duty and brokerage at your end. That will be your responsibility.

Prior to shipping, on credit card orders please photocopy the front and back of the card and fax or scan and e-mail it to us along with a signed authorization to charge your card.
